Refund policy

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase on all unused items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Rods & Reels Warranty:
All Bogo Brands rods and reels are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear. A $50 processing and shipping fee applies to all approved warranty claims.
